About Title Construction

Title Construction is a licensed general contracting company headquartered in Bridgeport, West Virginia. We serve homeowners across Harrison County and the surrounding North Central WV region — including Clarksburg, Fairmont, Morgantown, Weston, and Buckhannon.

We specialize in large-scale residential construction: room additions, full home remodels, inground pool builds, outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, custom decks, patio and hardscape installations, and site excavation. Every project is managed under one roof, by one team — no hand-offs, no subcontractor confusion.

Our founder, Samuel Romano, built Title Construction on a simple principle: West Virginia homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers the finished product they were promised. That standard drives every project we take on.

We are intentionally selective about the projects we accept.
